Is DeviantArt still a thing?

First off, thank you so much for the birthday wishes!! I'm so sorry I'm so late in thanking you all, but I do truly appreciate it!

Now, in all honesty, I kind of gave up on dA. With all the updates and revamping, I was really overwhelmed and frustrated as it made it so much harder for me to even sign in. The app stopped working (my phone is a fossil and isn't new enough to be a supported device) and my browser took forever to even load the login page. So I was disheartened to say the least. However! After logging in today and seeing the classic mode as an available option, I decided to give it a try... and boy did I get nostalgic over it XD I really miss dA, mainly the people I met and interacted with through this site. I remember joining and sharing my art for the first time publicly and how supportive and inspiring everyone was and still is. All that being said, I wanted to apologize for my absence and try my best to be more active on here :) After all, it's where I started!

I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy! I myself am still working as my shop has not closed, but it makes me happy to know so many of you are out of harms way by staying home :) This year has been an interesting one to say the least. 

Here's to hoping I can still get married this year! Fingers crossed!!

Depending on if people are interested, I might start posting past works here to bring my gallery more up to date. Or I can just start posting from here forward! Let me know if you guys would be interested in seeing some art I've done over the past few months that I've neglected to post (all of which have already been posted to my twitter/instagram) or just to get it going from here on out!

In other, other news, I do have a Patreon now as well if anyone would like to support me! I post all my works early there, as well as a few exclusives such as NSFW content, and process pieces. I've been applying to, and published in, a few fandom zines, many pieces of which I post to my Patreon up to a week early!

In other news, I'm planning on focusing on some large projects I have planned with orionfantasy and a few other people. I'll have more information as we move forward, so stay tuned!

Because of this, however, I will be closing my Commissions for now.

UNLESS you were one of the people that I told prior to the posting of this journal that I was open. They were people that specifically asked if I was open within the last month or so. I will honor that, and if you all get back to me I will still draw those commissions for you *v*

I will be opening my commissions again probably in March? (Maybe sooner) If you are still interested in Commissioning me, feel free to note me as usual with what you would like and I can add you to my wait list.

Back from Kumoricon!

Heyo everyone!
I'm back from Kumoricon!

It was so nice seeing some of you there, I love being reminded that internet peeps are real peeps somewhere :heart:

I didn't win the Mascot Contest, but I'm happy I entered anyways :/ Maybe next year?
Otherwise, I posted a bunch of our cosplay photos on my Instagram and Twitter, if any of you are interested in checking them out!
I was Cloud Strife from FFVII the first day and Viktor from Yuri!!! On Ice in the Duet outfit for the last two days. 

All in all, it was grand ol' time. I have a few Commissions to post and hopefully some other stuff too soon, as soon as I get back to my home computer XD
The laptop I was borrowing from a friend finally gave up the ghost, so I've had to wait to post my pictures til I'm at work :/ Inconvenient, but I'm trying my best!

My birthday is this month, I'm hoping to post something to celebrate it if I have a chance XD
